Resident Rights
Every resident of Restore Village Recovery Housing is entitled to be treated fairly and respectfully.
- The right to be treated with dignity and respect
- The right to a living environment free from abuse, exploitation, harassment, and unlawful discrimination
- The right to receive written program rules and expectations
- The right to understand fees and payment obligations
- The right to request reasonable accommodations
- The right to submit concerns or grievances without retaliation
- The right to privacy within the limits of shared housing, safety requirements, program policies, and applicable law
- The right to receive information about discharge or termination procedures
Final resident rights and grievance procedures will be provided in the resident handbook.
