Restore Village Recovery Housing provides structured, substance-free housing for adults who are committed to maintaining sobriety, rebuilding stability, and working toward greater independence.
Every inquiry is reviewed individually. Admission depends on program suitability, safety considerations, support needs, completion of the screening process, and current availability.

Space is limited, and availability changes. For resident privacy and safety, Restore Village does not publish its total residential capacity or specific room availability online. Current availability will be discussed confidentially during the admissions screening process.
Who We Serve
Restore Village Recovery Housing may be appropriate for adults who:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Are committed to maintaining sobriety
- Need safe, stable, and supportive recovery housing
- Are medically and behaviorally appropriate for a non-clinical shared residential environment
- Are willing to follow house rules and community expectations
- Are open to accountability, structure, and personal development
- Are willing to participate in an individualized recovery or stability plan
- Are motivated to work toward employment, education, volunteering, treatment, or another productive goal
Applicants may be transitioning from treatment, hospitalization, incarceration, another structured setting, or an unstable living environment.
Resident population. Restore Village provides recovery housing for an approved adult resident population. Specific placement information will be discussed privately during screening to protect resident privacy and determine whether the residence is an appropriate fit.
Living Arrangements
Restore Village is a shared residential community. Residents should be comfortable living cooperatively with others, maintaining personal and shared spaces, participating in house meetings, completing household responsibilities, and following community expectations.
Bedroom arrangements may include shared accommodations. Specific room arrangements will be explained before admission.
Program Fees
Resident fees, payment schedules, accepted payment methods, and financial responsibilities will be explained during the admissions process.
Every approved applicant will receive written financial terms before making a payment or signing a resident agreement.
Submitting an initial housing inquiry is free and does not create a financial obligation.
Deposits and administrative fees. Any applicable deposit, move-in payment, or administrative fee will be disclosed in writing before admission. Restore Village will not charge applicants undisclosed fees.
Meals and Household Supplies
Residents will receive written information before admission explaining whether meals, groceries, linens, household supplies, and personal-care items are included or must be provided by the resident.
Transportation
Transportation assistance may be available for approved appointments, employment, recovery meetings, or other essential needs depending on location, scheduling, staffing, and availability.
Transportation is not guaranteed and should be confirmed during the admissions process.
Employment, Education, and Productive Activity
Residents who are medically able may be expected to work, attend school, participate in vocational training, volunteer, actively seek employment, attend outpatient services, or participate in another approved productive activity.
Expectations will be based on the resident’s individualized recovery and stability plan.
Prescribed Medications and Recovery Medication
Applicants taking legally prescribed medications will be considered individually.
Restore Village does not automatically exclude an applicant solely because the individual receives medication for opioid use disorder or another legally prescribed treatment.
Residents must follow all medication-storage, self-administration, safety, and non-diversion policies.
Restore Village does not prescribe, administer, or manage medication unless those services are provided separately by an appropriately licensed professional.
Documents That May Be Required
Approved applicants may be asked to provide:
- Government-issued identification
- Proof of income or funding
- Emergency-contact information
- Current medication information, when applicable
- Discharge or referral information, when applicable
- Probation, parole, court, or supervision requirements, when applicable
- Insurance information, when applicable
- A signed resident agreement
- Signed acknowledgment of house rules and policies
- Additional information reasonably required for safe placement
Sensitive documents should only be submitted through an approved secure system. Do not send identification, medical records, medication lists, or discharge documents through ordinary email.
When a Higher Level of Care May Be Needed
Restore Village is a recovery residence. It is not a detoxification center, hospital, inpatient treatment facility, psychiatric facility, nursing facility, or emergency shelter.
An applicant may need another or higher level of care when the individual:
- Requires medical detoxification or withdrawal management
- Is experiencing an overdose or medical emergency
- Is experiencing an immediate psychiatric or behavioral-health crisis
- Requires continuous medical monitoring or nursing care
- Cannot safely participate in shared residential living
- Requires supervision or services beyond what the residence can safely provide
- Presents an immediate danger to themselves or others
How Quickly Can Someone Move In?
Move-in timing depends on:
- Completion of the admissions screening
- Program suitability
- Current availability
- Required documentation
- Financial arrangements
- Safety considerations
- Completion of the resident agreement
When appropriate space is available and all admission requirements have been completed, the admissions team will coordinate the earliest reasonable move-in date.

Restore Village Recovery Housing does not provide emergency, detoxification, medical, or psychiatric services. If you or someone else is experiencing an overdose, medical emergency, immediate psychiatric crisis, or danger to themselves or others, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
